RBoC in Five Minutes

  • I'm not sure about my outfit today. In theory, it's a usual sort of teaching outfit - black skirt, black boots, shirt, cardigan - but somehow I look like a whore.
  • I'm hungry.
  • I hope my students have something good to say in class because I'm not really in the mood to do the whole trained seal thing today.
  • Do you know I actually forgot about American Idol this week because I was so busy? That yesterday I was surprised that it was Wednesday and not Monday? This week has been like one long Monday.
  • I think I'm no longer infatuated. I need more attention in order to keep infatuation alive. No attention = bored now.
  • Why am I always running late? (And don't say it's because I choose to blog when I'm supposed to be going someplace.)
  • I wish that I could cancel class tomorrow and just stay in bed. (Yes, I realize it's hilarious that I'm thinking about that a full 24 hours before I need to do so.)
  • I really want to go out this weekend. Weird, as I've not wanted to go out for months.
  • The Man-Kitty is exceptionally pleased with his chickeny-delicious cat food. Why that cat isn't into fish flavors (won't even LOOK at tuna) I don't understand. Finicky (and yet now pleased) Man-Kitty.
  • Ok, I really have to go - my five minutes are more than up.

Dr. Crazy, your daily posts keep me going. Okay, I just had to say that -- again.

It's good that Man-Kitty doesn't care about fish, especially tuna. Did you know that cats can get a fatty disease from eating too much fish? I didn't know that and my darling cat got it. What happens, I think, is they can't metabolize Vitamin E out of their food. Anyway, my cat had it and died (okay, the autopsy showed that he also had cancer in his lymph nodes). Anyway, be glad that Man-Kitty knows instinctively what is good for him!
