Clearly, Everybody Would Like a Tiara

Or at least it seems that way from the many, many comments in praise of my tiara. Thus, I have done some checking around, and so if you were thinking, "perhaps my writing would benefit from a tiara," you might check out this website. I'm pretty sure, though, that the bathrobe is one of a kind. (Not that any of you have mentioned it. How polite you all are.)

No tiara for me. But if I were to choose a raiment of inspiration it would have to include a Mark Twain-ish touch.

(See, I would rather be a "not even a poor man's Mark Twain" than a "not even a poor man's Shaw."

Did Mark Twain have one of those funky string ties or is that just Colonel Sanders?

Ha, I managed to aquire a tiara at a party a couple weeks ago. I accidentally wore it home. It now sits proudly on a shelf.

My 6-year-old daughter has a few I could borrow! Maybe I should give it a try. I had a college roommate who had this big foam thing she would put on and called it her "thinking cap". Is that how you think of the tiara, when writing?

Thanks for the link. Now I know what I can reward myself with when I finish that other paper that I am really going to finish super soon, I am sure...
